In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality, ProSUPs offers a comprehensive return, refund, and exchange policy to address various scenarios regarding product defects and aesthetic issues. Please carefully review the following guidelines to understand your eligibility and the procedures involved.

**Manufacturer Defects and Warranty Coverage:**
- Manufacturer defects are defined as problems affecting the operation or handling of the product.
- Customers must report any such defects within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate a return under warranty, contact our Customer Support with your order number, details of the defective item, and visual evidence of the defect.
- Failure to provide adequate evidence or cooperate in assessing the defect within a reasonable timeframe may result in nullification of warranty coverage.
- Depending on the nature of the defect, eligible customers may receive a replacement part or product, or a full refund.

**Aesthetic Issues Compensation Policy:**
- Aesthetic problems exceeding 1 square inch in size are eligible for compensation.
- Customers must report such issues within the first 7 days of receiving the product.
- Eligible customers may receive compensation in the form of a voucher, replacement board, partial refund, or full refund, at the discretion of ProSUPs.
- Minor aesthetic variations smaller than 1 square inch are considered normal for handmade products and are not covered by warranty or the compensation policy.

**Return and Exchange Procedures:**
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within the specified timeframes and should be sent to our address in Canada.
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the returned items.
- Failure to claim orders or address errors may result in cancellation without refund or exchange.
- Processing time for returns is 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the package in our warehouse.

**Additional Information:**
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus applicable charges such as shipping fees and restocking fees.
- ProSUPs(TM) reserves the right to deduct repair or replacement costs for damaged items from any refund issued.
- Returns for discontinued products are accepted for up to six months after the official discontinuation date.
